Electric Quilt 6.0 Classes

See how easy it is to design quilts using this powerful computer program. These classes are for beginning to experienced quilters and can be taken in any order, though most students prefer to start with the Beginning EQ6 class.

Students should bring their own laptop computer in good working order with the EQ6 software installed. If you do not already own the software, contact Annie for a great price on the software and related books. If you want to take the class before purchasing the software, Annie can install a classroom version of the program on your laptop which will enable you to "test-drive" the program. Be sure to make arrangements to meet Annie before class to install the software.

If you borrow a laptop for the class, be sure to spend some time before class getting to know the computer. Don't wait until the day of the class to become familiar with it.

Computer technical support for personal computers will not be available and no technical support will be provided during class.

It is strongly recommended that all computers have a standard mouse attached for the class, as the touch mouse will really slow you (and everyone else!) down — even if you are an experienced laptop user. Also bring an long extension cord with surge protection.
