Payments may be made by credit card (secure online payment), through PayPal, or by check or money order (see below).
Orders paid through PayPal or by credit card are usually shipped within one to two days of receipt of the order. Orders paid by check or money order will be shipped with the payment has cleared our bank.
Order By Mail
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you may still use our shopping cart system.
Just follow the steps below, choosing the CHECK/MONEY ORDER payment option.
You will receive an email acknowledging your order and reminding you to send your payment.
Please send your check to us promptly. We will process your order and ship it when your payment has cleared our bank.
Order By Phone, Fax, or Email
If you prefer to place your order by phone, fax, or email, please send us your order. We will calculate your order and process your
credit card payment manually.
Shipping Policies
We ship using the U. S. Postal Service. Our shopping cart system computes shipping charges based on product weights. You will be able to choose the method and speed of shipment (first class, priority, etc.).
Please double-check your order to ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address.
Most orders are shipped within two business days. If we expect a
delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Please ask for these products at your local quilt shop. (We offer wholesale rates on all patterns to qualified retailers. Just ask your local store to contact us for more information.)
How to Use Our Shopping Cart System
Our shopping cart system makes ordering online easy.
Just click on any item to add it to your cart.
Continue browsing our website and adding items to your cart.
Click on the VIEW CART or SHOPPING CART buttons to view your cart at any time.
To remove any item from your cart, just click the red "X" to the right of the item's quantity.
When you are ready to finalize your order, click on the orange CHECKOUT button in the shopping cart.
You will have the option of paying by credit card, by PayPal, or by check or money order. Choose the method that you prefer.
Orders paid through PayPal or credit card are usually shipped within one to two days.
Enter your basic information (email address, phone, shipping and billing addresses).
Click on the CONTINUE CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the screen.
Enter any discount codes or notes (such as preferred zipper color in finishing kits) and choose your preferred shipping method. (See notes above.)
Click on the CONTINUE CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the screen.
Validate that the order is correct and click on the PURCHASE ITEMS button at the bottom of the screen.
Print your order (using the File/Print menu at the top of your screen).
You will receive an email acknowledging your order and notifying you of any delays.
Out of Stock
If any of the items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours.
Returns/Damage Claims
All sales are final with no returns, other than any product found to
be defective. We will not be responsible for items returned without
authorization. Items returned without an authorization number will not
be refunded. If a package is damaged upon arrival, please report it to
the carrier immediately.
Our Privacy Policy
At www.ByAnnie.com we respect your privacy. We will not release
your name, address, phone number, email address or any other
information.
We use the information we collect about you only to process orders and communicate with you.
