Hand-dyed fabrics in graduating colors give a beautiful effect, but try other fabrics and color options for equally gorgeous results.

Quick quilting and piecing methods make easy work of assembling the blocks.  Wide plain strips between the blocks provide a space for showcasing some elaborate quilting.
