I find the 1/16" Fiskars Hand Punch to be the perfect tool for punching holes in ultrasuede for the earring bar in the Jewelry Travel Case.

I also use the punch when attaching tags to my samples.  The small hole doesn't detract from the tag and customers can see at a glance which pattern was used to make the item.
