We are so excited to give you a sneak peek of Tim Holtz’s gorgeous upcoming 
collection, Colorblock!
This FreeSpirit collection will begin shipping to stores this October, so be sure to be on the lookout for it at your local quilt shops.
One of our favorite things about this line is the way Tim Holtz experimented with scale.
We decided it would be fun to use the different sizes of Colorblock to make one of our patterns that includes several sizes.
Double Zip Gear Bag 2.0 has instructions for bags in three sizes– perfect!
So we set to work on quilting, cutting, and choosing supplies that would match those gorgeous Colorblock fabrics.
We settled on Union Blue for the zippers, Atom Red, Blastoff Blue, Natural, and Pewter for the mesh, and Navy for the fold-over elastic.
