Return Policy

What is your return policy?

​Within our sole discretion we will handle returns on a case by case basis. Please use our product returns page for items you want to return. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. You will be responsible for any postage costs on returned items. If you have an item that is defective, please contact us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue.

 What if my package is damaged before it arrives to me? 

​If a package is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the postal carrier immediately. If the products themselves are damaged, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I exchange products? 

​We do not accept exchanges. Within our sole discretion, we do at times except returns of items, please use the product return page to make this request.

​If we accept your return, you may return items you don’t want for a refund and in the meantime order the item(s) you need. See additional details on returns in the question above.
